On August 10, 2020, our roof was damaged by very high winds, hail and heavy rain. On August 11, 2020, Mr. Jay Hernandez, from Legendary Adjusting Firm came to our home. He went on our roof and took several pictures of the damage. He showed me the pictures and explained in details about the damage and how the claim process works. He told me about Savage Roofing Company being a locally-owned and highly reputable company. He filed all the paperwork needed by our insurance company. He was at our home when our insurance adjustor arrived. He came back to our home to explain in detail the scope of work that he received from our insurance company. We are awaiting the insurance claim check to arrive. We are looking forward to Savage Roofing Company installing our new roof, replacing and repairing all of our damaged areas. We are very impressed how smoothly and calmly this process has been.
