Job review from Vic in Minooka, IL on 07/08/21

I suffered wind damage to my roof and siding. I called for an inspection and Brian came to inspect the roof and siding. I had Brian serve as my public adjuster and he did a fabulous job. He worked quickly with my insurance company to file the claim. Due to the weather as winter came, we waited until spring to start the work. The roof was quickly installed and looks beautiful. However, some nails were left behind and the soffits were damaged and needed to be repaired. I had a hard time getting the company to fix the soffits and fix the siding. However, I contacted Brian and he personally came and fixed the soffits and helped me wrap up the project with Savage. Savage does good work but needs to communicate better and their score would be much higher.
