I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Our home sustained roof damage from a storm and from the very first interaction with Daniel, he was nothing but professional. He educated me on the process for filing an insurance claim, he worked directly with the insurance company, and his team kept me updated every step of the way. The biggest problem I had was the lack of responsiveness from my insurance company, but Daniel's team were persistent until they got a response. Daniel even did a secondary inspection of my roof from the inside of my house in which he determined that all of my roofing boards needed to be replaced. He worked with the insurance company to get them to cover that.When it came to the to the actual work. the professionalism continued. The work had to be delayed because of weather, his team called me the morning of to let me know they were shifting the work by one day. The materials were dropped off at the stated time on the side of my driveway I had specified. The workers started at 7:30 in the morning the following day and worked until they ran out of daylight. They laid down tarps to cover my bushes and took great pains to keep the site as clean as possible. Once they were done, they came back and walked the property to make sure it was as clean as when they arrived. The following day the guys came to install my gutters and once again it was an enjoyable experience.There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Daniel and his team understand what it means to provide exceptional customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend Savage to any of my friends that might be in need of roofing services.
