We recently had our roof replaced. Danny and his team were incredibly thorough in explaining the process and kept us informed during the insurance negotiation. We received live photos during the actual install which was a nice touch and I never felt like I was being unnecessarily upsold throughout my experience. I felt like Savage fought for me, especially Erika, and I appreciate that.
